Local Bite

After over a year of searching, finding, and paper work (like you would not believe), The house in Chiusa Sclafani became ours on 29 Dec 2025. Now the work begins.

4 blocks from the house and amazing food. I am working through the menu, but "God, that is good."

We have three the activities that we are trying to do at the same time:

• Property repairs, remodeling, and redecorating

• Business development

• Marketing development

Our goal is to have one of the units available to rent in march and the rest by the end of April.

It's really convenient having the hardware store just two blocks from home. It's an old-fashioned hardware store, with tons of items crammed inside. It's an interesting place to visit.

At the time of writing, there are many projects and plans underway, but not many concrete details have been released.

Brico Idea

Our main objectives are roof repair, the installation of a photovoltaic system, and multi-split air conditioning/heating systems. In parallel, we are working on obtaining licenses for the spaces intended for parties and meetings, and carrying out extensive painting.

With a bit of luck (and favorable conditions), we hope to have:

• the Meeting and Party spaces available for rent by March.

• The unit 2W ready to rent by the end of March

• The units 1G and 3W ready to rent by the end of April.
