Q1: What’s the minimum stay at Notoc CS?

We specialize in short and medium-term stays. The minimum stay is one week, but we recommend booking a stay of at least a few weeks to allow time to settle in and not just pass through briefly. If you are interested in a shorter or significantly longer stay, please do not hesitate to contact us: we will be happy to discuss the different options based on availability.

Q8: Are pets allowed?

Some properties welcome pets. please check each listing for details.

Q9: What amenities are available?

In the Party Space, located in unit 1E, Pilates and Yoga classes are regularly held, and our guests are invited to participate. Please ask the instructor for information on resident rates. When no classes are scheduled, the space can be used as an indoor workout area. However, no exercise equipment is available.

Q7: What’s included in my stay?

Each apartment includes a kitchen, bed linen, basic household essentials, and access to local amenities. Weekly cleaning with linen change is included.

Q10: What eco practices do you follow?

We prioritize energy efficiency, waste reduction, and supporting local sustainability initiatives. Our units are typically powered, at least in part, by solar energy.

Q2: Is the Wi-Fi strong enough for remote work?

Yes. The building has a 1 Gbps fiber optic connection with reliable Wi-Fi, ideal for video calls, remote work, and everyday browsing.

Q3: How do I get to Chiusa Sclafani?

Most visitors arrive by plane at Palermo or another major nearby airport, and then travel to Chiusa Sclafani by car. Once your stay is confirmed, we will provide you with precise directions and suggestions for car rental or transfers, ensuring a simple and stress-free arrival. Our Premio service includes airport shuttle service.

Q4: Do I need a car during my stay?

Chiusa Sclafani is a town that can be easily explored on foot, with shops, restaurants, and all essential services within easy reach. That being said, having a car makes it much easier to explore the surrounding villages, coastal towns, and natural beauty of the area. Many guests choose to combine the tranquility of village life with day trips by car. Our Premio service offers scheduled transportation to other villages in the area and major local attractions.

Our building is a traditional four-story structure. Access to some apartments requires using the stairs. If you have any specific mobility needs, please contact us so we can help you determine if the accommodation is suitable for your requirements.

Q6: Is Notoc suitable for solo travelers and LGBTQ+ guests?

Yes. Notoc CS is designed to offer a welcoming and informal environment for solo travelers, couples, and small groups of people from all backgrounds. The atmosphere is relaxed, respectful, and inclusive. Our goal is for everyone to feel comfortable and at home.
